Days 1 and 2

So my sisters wedding is coming up (in 18 days!!!) and I want to lose as much weight as I can by then! I should have started my workout and diet regime earlier when I had found out (like one month back) but I've just been lazy. And so, here I am pushing myself a little further and faster to get as much down as I can so I can at least look somewhat semi-decent for her wedding.

We'll be having another wedding reception in the New Year 2013 maybe come summer time so I should be able to be down even more by then but for now - short term goal!

I started on TurboFire on Sunday with Day 1 of workout, and Monday following the 5 day Inferno diet plan alongside it (because I thought I would do that instead but figured I can at least do half and half that way and maybe still get some results). I can't do 1 hour worth of workout - not with two kids who need constant attention. My eldest is 3 1/2 years, youngest is 6 months old.

So I'm also going to log in what I've been eating and that might also help out considerably so I know how my schedule of eating was like.

I should also add that my weight right now is around the 178 pound mark.

Day 1

Breakfast I had 1 egg scrambled, microwaved on two slices of bread with half an avocado and lettuce, alongside a cup of green tea.

Snack I had half a banana.

Lunch I had a lettuce salad with tuna, olives, red onions chopped with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.

Snack 2 was 1 orange and 10 raw almonds.

Dinner was 1/2 cup rice with zucchini and lamb curry (drained the 'gravy') with some chopped salad like tomatoes, lettuce and celery.

Drank plenty of water and had 3 cups green tea total.

Day 2

Breakfast was 2/3 cup Bran Flakes and Raisin cereal with half a banana and milk.

Snack was an apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch was a medium baked potato in the microwave with 1 tbsp lowfat sour cream, 1 celery stick, slice of cheese and 1 hardboiled egg.

Dinner was 2 4 oz pieces of Salmon steak with soy sauce, black pepper and red pepper flakes with drizzle of olive oil, baked in the oven. Had 1/2 cup rice alongside it and a lettuce, red onion, olive and tomato salad with black pepper, sea salt and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

Snack 2, or dessert, was a cup milk, ice, half a banana and 1/2 cup blueberries shake. Mmmmm~ so good.

I had a tiny piece of caramel chocolate my husband gave me. :)
